About Us

Nancy and Brian

We are passionate about helping other people experience the success and financial gain we have had in growing our real estate business.  For us, the path to financial freedom, financial independence, and time to spend with our family has been through single family properties that we rent out and let someone else pay our mortgage.  For more than 15 years, we have slowly and methodically followed a step by step process to add to our rental portfolio, realize monthly cash flow, make mistakes along the way, but have ended up with a successful real estate business.
The profitable landlord system was written with you in mind, someone that wants to quit their 9 to 5 job, retire early, or just have additional income each month while they are working towards their financial freedom.  In this simple, repeatable and predictable system, we will show you how to avoid major financial risk, guide you to developing your ideal seller profile and teach you how to secure and manage the best tenant’s for your rentals. Additionally, you will learn and profit from our method of securing all the money you need to purchase, re-hab and re-finance your real estate investments.

Building a legacy...

and having an impact on our community is the greatest achievement we realized through real estate investing.  My first book Winning Deals In Heels, all about women real estate investors and our journey how we started was the first endeavor in building our legacy.  Part of the proceeds from the sale of the book is donated to Hope’s Door in Plano, TX – an organization that helps families heal from domestic violence.
We wanted to continue this legacy for our family, but also be an example of giving back to our community and supporting a cause that is near and dear to our hearts and gave us the resources and time to create the non-profit organization Map of Hope.

Why we care

Our family is affected by mental illness. My Husband suffered from chronic depression most of his adult life. Through the course of our 25 years together as a couple and a family, we were blindsided by the debilitating affect depression had on us.   After more than two decades, countless doctors’ appointments and numerous prescription cocktails of antidepressants, talk therapy, bio feedback therapy and ultimately a breakdown resulting in hospitalization we finally found the solution we had been seeking!

We know we are not the only family that suffers silently with mental illness, the shame, stigma and a culture where there is always a better pill to take, hold people back from the help they could be receiving. Our nonprofit was started to start the conversation about not only mental health, but the toll this insidious disease has on individuals, their significant others, their relationships.  If your family is struggling with mental illness, please ask your health care provider if TMS treatment is right for you.

Map of Hope is dedicated to helping people pay for the treatment if it is not covered by insurance or if someone does not have insurance, or if you need assistance with your co/pay.  Do not let the cost of this life altering treatment stop you from living the life you and your family deserve.
